The information published on Qylveras ("the Site") is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. Please read it carefully — especially the sections on mental health and breathing below.

General wellbeing information, not professional care

Qylveras offers general wellbeing and educational content about meditation, breathwork, stress, and sleep. It is not therapy or counseling, and it is not medical, psychological, or mental-health diagnosis or treatment. Reading our articles does not create a therapeutic, clinical, or professional relationship of any kind. Our content is not a substitute for personalised care from a qualified health professional who knows you and your situation. Mindfulness and breathing exercises are gentle practices — they are not a cure for any condition, and we never present them as one.

If you are struggling, please reach out

Mindfulness can support a calmer life, but it has limits — and there is real strength in asking for help. If you are experiencing ongoing anxiety, depression, trauma, or distress, please consult a qualified health professional, such as a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or doctor. If you are in crisis or thinking about self-harm, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your area right away. You deserve support from a real, qualified human — not just an article.

Practise breathing exercises gently

Breathing techniques should always be done gently and at a comfortable pace. They are not suitable for everyone. If a breathing or meditation exercise makes you feel dizzy, lightheaded, anxious, or otherwise unwell, stop and return to normal, natural breathing. If you are pregnant, have a heart, lung, or other medical condition, or any concern at all, check with a qualified health professional before trying breathwork.

No guarantees of results

Calm is personal and non-linear. The practices and approaches we write about work differently for different people, and what helps one reader may not help another. While we write carefully and draw on credible research, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Your experience depends on your circumstances and many factors outside our control or knowledge.

Any action you take based on the information on this Site is taken at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for you, and for seeking professional guidance where that's the wiser choice. Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Qylveras is supported by advertising — including Google AdSense — and some articles may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences our editorial opinions: we write about ideas and tools on their merits, and advertising is kept clearly separate from editorial content. Read more in our editorial policy.
